Abstract

When training or competing, it is crucial to keep tabs on an athlete's vitals to make sure they're in peak physical
condition and to head off any potential medical crises. Due to the absence of continuous real-time monitoring in
traditional systems, it is sometimes difficult to recognize possible health problems immediately. This project
presents a smart monitoring device that enhances athlete safety and performance tracking. It includes the
MAX30100 pulse oximeter, a force pressure sensor, the LM35 temperature sensor, and a buzzer. For crucial insights
into cardiovascular health, the MAX30100 monitors heart rate and oxygen saturation (SpO2) levels constantly. In
order to gauge the degree of muscular strain and exhaustion, the force pressure sensor tracks the amount of physical
effort. To make sure athletes don't get too hot when training hard, the LM35 sensor takes precise readings of core
body temperature. In the event of unusual readings, the buzzer will inform the players or trainers. This technology
minimizes the risk of accidents and improves overall performance by integrating these components into a single
system, offering an efficient and cost-effective solution for real-time athlete health monitoring.
