The Internet of Things as a Smart Decision-Maker and Monitoring System for Contemporary Agriculture
Main Article Content
Abstract
Because it allows for real-time monitoring and decision-making, the Internet of Things (IoT) has greatly increased
efficiency in contemporary agriculture. Important sensors for irrigation and crop management automation, water
conservation, and soil moisture optimization include the water level sensor, infrared sensor, and soil moisture
sensor. To enable remote, well-informed decision-making by farmers, the suggested system employs Internet of
Things (IoT) technology to gather and analyze environmental data. By improving load management and reducing
the need for human involvement, this method boosts production while preserving resources and contributing to the
cause of sustainable agriculture.
